DTS has shipped the first batch of equipment that constitutes part of Rotary Wagon Tippler VRS-M to the Power Plant No. 1 of Aluminium of Kazakhstan JSC, a part of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG).
Rotary Wagon Tipplers of this type are used for automated discharge of rail wagons with bulk materials by turning one of them by 180° around its central axis. Its previous supply of Wagon Tippler JSC “Dneprotyazhmash” performed in May, 2019, for a coal preparation facility of Zaporozhcoke. Both projects foreseen supply of both mechanical parts of wagon tippler and complete equipment of its control system. JSC “Dneprotyazhmash” produces wide range of bulk materials handling equipment. After the first wagon tippler completed in 1948, we have manufactured more than 400 machines of different generations: from rope-type and teeth-type, to travelling, open-top, and side-discharge ones. Having not only manufacturing, but also its own design capacities, JSC “Dneprotyazhmash” is able to perform customized projects of adoption and modernization of its bulk materials handling equipment range. Wagon Tipplers and associated equipment made by JSC “Dneprotyazhmash” are widely used by many various mining and metallurgical plants, power stations, cement factories, as well as seaports and terminals.
